Course Description

Because we truly believe in providing our clients with the "right tools for the job," SigmaPro offers a 5-Day supplement for service personnel interested in applying Lean Six Sigma tools and methods within the context of the DMAIC Breakthrough Strategy.  Our Lean Six Sigma Supplement for Service Candidates training course delivers a review and extension of the traditional tools of DMAIC, SigmaPro's proprietary tools and methods, and state of the art Lean Six Sigma tools, all effectively and seamlessly integrated to form a powerful improvement approach for service projects. Hands-on exercises and tutorials are utilized to ensure rapid learning and knowledge retention.

Candidate Qualifications

• There are no specific candidate requirements for this particular course.  Typical participants include operations managers, analysts, design and process Engineers, Master Black Belts, Black Belts and Green Belts and other service technologists interested in applying Lean Six Sigma tools.

• A training certificate will be provided which may be used for recertification credits.

• How statistical and Lean Six Sigma tools are effectively coupled to increase the probability of success on service projects
